Our Customer:
Our customer is a leading travel company with over 40 years of experience in creating unforgettable journeys and mass participation events. They are now seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to join their team.
As a CRM Marketing Executive, you will develop email campaigns that derive from data-driven retention strategies, create targeted campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.

Job Description:
In this role, you will work closely with the wider marketing team to develop and implement digital campaigns that drive engagement, increase conversions, and support business growth.
- Plan, create, and deploy targeted email campaigns to engage customers, boost conversions, and support business growth.
- Work with the brand team to execute CRM initiatives, ensuring customer communications are effectively segmented and optimised.
- - Assist in managing customer data, ensuring it is correctly captured, segmented, and integrated into marketing platforms for email campaigns.
- Use F24 to segment customer databases based on behaviour, demographics, and preferences to create personalised email content.
- Develop automated email workflows to nurture leads, re-engage inactive customers, and improve retention rates.
- Work with IT and marketing teams to ensure all email marketing activities align with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and design to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights from email campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and optimise future marketing efforts.
Experience Required:
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and gain valuable insights
- Excellent copywriting and editing abilities to craft engaging marketing content
- Strong relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to recognise customer trends and behaviours to inform strategy
- Proven track record in planning and delivering CRM initiatives; familiarity with Monday.com
- Capable of working both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment
- A genuine enthusiasm for active travel
