Job Title: Learner Support Worker

Salary: £90-£100 per day

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learner Support Worker to join our dynamic team at a Primary School located in Bolton. As a Primary Consultant, we understand the crucial role that support staff play in providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with a range of special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students, fostering a positive and nurturing relationship.
  • Assist in the implementation of education and care plans designed by the school's SENCO and other professionals.
  • Support students with a variety of special educational needs, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to facilitate a holistic approach to student development.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with special educational needs.
