CRS are currently assisting our client, a leading plant hire company, in sourcing an office administrator to assist in the day to day running of the hire office. The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of the role by the office manager.
Due to location, candidates must have a full Uk licence and transport.
Candidates appointed for the position of Hire desk Administrator will be entrusted with routine office works including but not limited to:
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
- Support the hire desk team with hire enquiries.
- Processing on & off hire requirements using internal hire management software.
- Preparing hire quotes for customer & answering queries.
- Setting up new customer accounts.
- Liaising with internal team members within the workshop and transport departments.
- Maintaining up to date hire plant fleet records, utilisation & trackers.
- Adhering to company policies, standards and relevant legislation.
Good attention to detail, use of Microsoft Excel, a willingness to learn and an interest in the hire industry, would be advantageous.
The office is based in lovely surroundings with on site parking.

8am - 5pm
