Description
- Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Handle correspondence with stakeholders and the public
- Implement and monitor projects as directed by the CEO
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of activities
- Provide general secretarial support to the CEO
- Perform other duties as assigned
Profile
A successful EA to the CEO should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
