Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and manage new starter actions.
  • Oversee HR support staff to meet business requirements.
  • Advise staff and managers on HR policies.
  • Coordinate KPI data for the HR Directorate.
  • Draft business cases and manage recruitment budgets.
  • Act as HR notetaker in formal meetings.
  • Maintain HR records for GDPR compliance.
  • Provide HR panel support for interviews.
  • Offer reactive support for various HR activities.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD (level 3 or above) preferred or equivalent HR experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • HR experience in the public sector.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Security Clearance:

  • BPSS level clearance required.
