As a Junior Management Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations, liaising with internal managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly management accounts, including journal posting
- Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and financial documents
- Measure financial performance and identify problem areas
- Communicate financial data to all managers
- Maintain bank accounts and manage cash book transactions
- Oversee cash deposits
- Assist with month and year-end audits
- Financial reporting
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and maintain compliance
- Support ongoing improvements to accounting processes and systems
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets
- Experience using accounting software
- Bookkeeping knowledge is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
