About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Finance Director to strategically lead the financial direction of our business. Thisrole is critical in ensuring long-term financial stability, growth, and successful engagement with Private Equity investors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cash flow management, fundraising, and business exits, with a strong ability to forecast and implement a five-year financial plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership - Drive the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- Cash Flow & Financial Planning - Oversee cash flow management, financial forecasting, and budgeting to support business expansion.
- Private Equity & Fundraising - Lead fundraising initiatives and facilitate the business exit process to Private Equity.
- Team Leadership - Manage and develop an offshore finance team based in India, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Audit & Compliance - Oversee audit processes, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Business Growth & Forecasting - Develop and implement a robust five-year financial plan to support sustainable growth.
Key Skills & Experience
? Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.? Proven experience in exiting a business to Private Equity.? Expertise in fundraising and investment negotiations.? Strong background in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial modelling.? Experience in managing and scaling offshore finance teams (India preferred).? Comprehensive audit experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.? Ability to strategically lead the business forward, aligning financial strategy with overall growth.
