Are you a mechanical bias maintenance engineer looking for a fantastic opportunity in the building services sector? We're hiring for a skilled engineer with experience in HVAC systems to join a reuptable FM service provider



Key Responsibilities:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) & reactive maintenance on:

  • AHUs (Air Handling Units) & FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
  • Cooling Towers & Air Conditioning Systems
  • Pumps, Motors, Valves, and Pressurisation Units
  • Heating & Hot/Cold Water Systems
  • Plumbing systems - drainage, flushing and bathroom/kitchen repairs
  • Leak detection/fixing
  • Fault finding, servicing, and repairs on various mechanical plant and building services equipment
  • Ensuring all maintenance work is compliant with health & safety regulations
  • Logging and updating maintenance reports and records


Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong experience working in commercial building maintenance
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and cooling towers
  • Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rota (additional allowance)
