Are you a mechanical bias maintenance engineer looking for a fantastic opportunity in the building services sector? We're hiring for a skilled engineer with experience in HVAC systems to join a reuptable FM service provider
Key Responsibilities:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) & reactive maintenance on:
- AHUs (Air Handling Units) & FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
- Cooling Towers & Air Conditioning Systems
- Pumps, Motors, Valves, and Pressurisation Units
- Heating & Hot/Cold Water Systems
- Plumbing systems - drainage, flushing and bathroom/kitchen repairs
- Leak detection/fixing
- Fault finding, servicing, and repairs on various mechanical plant and building services equipment
- Ensuring all maintenance work is compliant with health & safety regulations
- Logging and updating maintenance reports and records
Requirements:
- Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience working in commercial building maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and cooling towers
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rota (additional allowance)
