Are you an enthusiastic and driven payroll professional skilled in working payrolls for a multi-site company?

If so, Cedar have partnered with a renowned healthcare provider looking for a Payroll Officer to join their growing team.

The successful Payroll Officer, will be a crucial member of the finance team, ensuring the timely and accurate administration of salaries for staff across both hospitals and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly payroll runs
  • Accurately administer all payroll amendments
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll enquiries
  • Handle ad hoc payroll requests as needed

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in a payroll department serving a multi-site organisation
  • Familiarity with Unit 4 software (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a busy, varied workload
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
