As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring high service standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for, residents, and contractors.
• Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs, and major works projects.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets and service charge accounts.
• Conduct site inspections and address any arising issues proactively.

Personal experience and requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of block management, leasehold legislation, and service charges.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in managing a team
• Ability to work under pressure and keep tight deadlines
