As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring high service standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for, residents, and contractors.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs, and major works projects.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage budgets and service charge accounts.
- Conduct site inspections and address any arising issues proactively.
Personal experience and requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of block management, leasehold legislation, and service charges.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure and keep tight deadlines
