We are representing a client with a developing procurement team who are looking for a Catalogue Manager. You will be collating product lists and updating the ERP system, supporting with tenders and dealing supplier queries and issues. Job Title: Catalogue Manager - Procurement

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.

Location: Borehamwood

Type: Permanent, Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the procurement team to liaise with suppliers and ensure product information is correct on the ERP system
  • Upload product lists to the new ERP system
  • Support category managers with tendering activities
  • Analyse pricing and spend data
  • Support negotiation activities
  • Resolve queries and solving issues on supplier invoices, when necessary, escalate to Accounts Payable
  • Communicated with customers regarding changes in pricing

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and experience working with ERP Systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of tendering
  • Commercial awareness
  • Planning and organisation skills
