Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

Providing one-to-one or small group support tailored to the individual needs of students.
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Promoting a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and valued.
Helping with classroom management and ensuring all students stay engaged.
Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.

Requirements for a Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
A caring, patient, and proactive attitude towards supporting children’s learning.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Eligibility to work in the UK and a willingness to undergo necessary safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS certificate.
