- Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer based near to Bourne in Lincolnshire.

- £32,000 - £35,000 salary as a very rough estimate but will be dependent on experience + pension + 25 days holiday and all bank holidays. 2:30pm finish on a Friday afternoon!
This Production Engineer job will suit:
- Experience working within a Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar.
- Preferably you will have some knowledge of manufacturing and production techniques / processes.
- This is a very broad role you will get involved with the Design team as well as the production team, so any knowledge of CAD & Engineering drawings, prototypes, CRM / ERP systems will be highly beneficial.
- Engineering qualifications Degree, HND, HNC, Apprenticeship or equivalent.
- You will need to be able to commute to their facility in Bourne.
The Production Engineer job will involve:
- Working alongside the design and production teams to develop procedures and processes to ensure high quality, cost effective and efficient production of new and existing products.
- Using a professional ERP system working with Bills of Material
- Interpret and help to produce CAD drawings.
