This position is within the Facilities Management within a large public sector organisation, working in the Technical Administration team who solely work with social housing properties.
The main role of the position is the electronic filing of a variety of documents and certificates onto the legacy Poole and Bournemouth IT systems. The ability to remain focused and maintain excellent attention to detail whilst carrying out repetitive tasks is essential.
Other duties within the role include raising works order, liaising with BCP surveyors, coding of invoices and more.
The ideal person:
- At least 1 -2 years administration/office experience
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Database and Microsoft Office Experience
