Project Administrator - Temp/Part time - Bournemouth - £13.26 per hour Are you looking for a temporary position with administrative duties? Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent project administration skills?If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!Our client is seeking an organised Project Administrator to support the project team. You will coordinate activities with stakeholders, facilitate taster days, and contribute to marketing efforts by collaborating with professional bodies and national organisations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with marketing agencies to develop branded merchandise and promotional materials.
  • Organise and schedule students and staff for photography, video shoots, and campaign materials.
  • Liaise with external partners and professional bodies, to utilise existing career awareness materials.
  • Establish and maintain relationships external clients, working closely with the access and participation team.
  • Plan and coordinate taster days, including transport arrangements, student ambassador involvement, event logistics, and catering.
  • Organise school visits for the project team, ensuring smooth transport arrangements, event material preparation, and ambassador coordination.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings with external partners for the project team.
  • Distribute and collect evaluation materials from various events, compiling responses for review.
  • Support the organisation of evaluation activities, including focus groups and interviews.
  • Take minutes at steering group meetings and assist in setting up agendas.
  • Assist in the production of project reports.
