Your Company:A leading business is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the team of determined and proactive sales professionals in the Bournemouth area in a full-time, permanent capacity. As a leading business in the market, this company pride themselves on providing fantastic services to their clients, which now reach into the thousands across the country. Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively answering inbound calls.
  • Making outbound calls based on warm leads from prospective customers who have enquired about the services of the business.
  • Recruiting, training and managing the successful sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance against these, while highlighting areas for improvement and acting upon this.
  • Developing a successful sales strategy which will exceed revenue targets.
  • Conducting extensive market analysis for market trends and customer requirements in order to keep the business competitive and allowing the information to inform key sales decisions.
  • Preparing sales reports and delivering these to senior management when it is required on team performance and company performance against targets.
 What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience, working in a comparable role, leading a team of sales professionals, ideally within a commercial contact centre. To be considered, applicants will need to have demonstratable experience developing sales strategies that have been successfully and will need to show their ability to conduct extensive market trend research. Of course, exquisite communication abilities are paramount for this role, as well as good stakeholder management and the ability to communicate with various internal teams.  What you will get in Return:For the successful candidate a starting salary of up to £50,000 will be on offer, which will be highly dependent on previous experience within a comparable role. This will accompany the ability to earn good OTEs, bringing the overall package up much higher.
