Description

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all payroll functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with current government regulations.
  • Collaborating with Human Resources and Accounting teams.
  • Establishing and implementing policies on matters such as payroll advancements to employees.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency in the payroll department.
  • Ensuring that all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Training and mentoring the payroll team.

Profile

To be successful for the payroll manager position you must have some experience within payroll.
