- Meet and support brokers to help manage applications through the underwriting process.
- Liaise with our reinsurers to ensure successful placement of business.
- Educate sales teams on underwriting process and practice.
- Authorisation of applications from less experienced underwriters.
- Opportunity to feed into Vitality’s underwriting & service propositions.
- Broad experience of life underwriting, at least 5 years.
- Exposure to reinsurance relationships.
- Experience of working with adviser firms.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
