HR Administrator, Bournemouth, £12.82ph, Temporary

We are seeking an HR Administrator with strong Excel skills to support our clients HR & Talent Acquisition team. While HR experience is not required, a high level of proficiency in Excel is essential.

This role involves managing employee records, supporting HR administration, and assisting with the transition to a new HR system.

Despite being a temporary role, as the next HR Administrator for our client, in addition to your salary you’ll also benefit from:

As a HR Administrator you will:

  • Assist in integrating a new HR system and manage employee data.
  • Handle HR administration, including updating records and processing changes.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports using advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Collaborate with HR suppliers, manage the HR mailbox, and support absence/probation processes.

As a HR Administrator you will have:

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) required.
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • HR experience is not necessary, but a keen interest in HR is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills.
