Were seeking an experienced HR Officer / Reward Officer / HR Project Support Advisor on a part-time basis who has experience/exposure to HR pay/reward/benefits.

You will be working as part of a busy Reward Project team who are fully involved in the implementation of a new reward & benefits project for an organisation. This team is responsible for the design and delivery of a fully negotiated pay & reward offering which is harmonised across the organisation and utilising new systems, policy and providers. CandidatesWe are seeking candidates who have a background of HR/Pay/Reward

  • Reviewing policy and making recommendations
  • Ability to lead on small projects within the wider project
  • Ability to collaborate in the office (needs to live locally)
  • Very organised
  • Excellent communication
  • Confident in presenting and sharing information with large audiences
  • Excellent team working
  • Experience of reward and recognition
  • Excellent understanding and experience of using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products
  • Ability to translate data into charts, graphs etc to present to stakeholders
  • Fast learner and self-Motivate
  • High level of resilience
  • Ability to undertake reliable research and present findings
  • Understanding of employment legislation (Desirable)
  • Understanding the Equality Act 2010

The Offer

  • 20 hours per week. (more possibly)
  • 1 day per week in Bournemouth
  • Working via Hays on a temporary contract until 31st March 2025
