Receptionist

Location: Bournemouth

Hourly rate: £13.50ph

Hours: Monday and Tuesday only - 8.30am-1pm - 9 hours a week with the flexibility to cover any holiday needed.

Tru Talent is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join a dynamic office environment in the heart of sunny Bournemouth.

As Front of House, you'll be supporting the Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional service to their clients.

You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to the professional and friendly environment that defines our Business Centre.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Answer phones professionally, relay messages, and greet visitors warmly.
  • Supervise the reception desk, ensuring the area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Manage the business centre's car parking and maintain accurate client information.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing post, parcels, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Oversee Health and Safety protocols and keep reports up to date.
  • Maintain meeting room provisions and manage catering requests.
  • Coordinate office moves, amend comms, and arrange client invoicing.
  • Assist with events and provide support as needed by the Centre Manager.

What we're looking for in the Receptionist:

  • Customer service and admin experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
