Junior Conveyancer

Our client are currently recruiting for a Junior Conveyancer to join their Residential team in their Brackley office.

This exciting position at our clients ambitious law firm in the heart of England will be joining the growing Residential team to support the high workload of the fee earners and ensure clients are responded to in a timely manner. This role would suit a highly motivated Legal Professional who has gained their CILEX qualification.

Job Role

This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.

Responsibilities of the role would include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to client queries in a timely manner.
  • Overseeing complex exchanges and completions.
  • Negotiation of legal documents.
  • Drafting documents including Leases, Transfers, and Report on Title.
