Head of Finance - Bracknell (hybrid) - £70,000
An growing SME Healthcare company is currently looking for a Head of Finance (qualified) to join their team in Bracknell on a hybrid basis.
Supporting the senior leadership team and managing a small team during a period of growth and establish effective and efficient controls.
Reporting to the CFO your responsibilities will include....
- Lead cash flow management strategies to support operational requirements and strategic investments
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard financial stability
- Mentor and guide the wider finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development
- Cultivate relationships with external partners and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function to streamline processes and optimise operations
- Maintaining a persistently professional yet friendly demeanour in leading financial business partnering initiatives through collaborating with operations and sales, as well as the CFO in order to develop the company's vision for the future
- Developing and leading budget and cash-flow management strategies as well as coordinating the annual & quarterly budgeting and forecasting process.
About you....
- The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with proven experience leading and developing a small team within a fast-paced SME environment.
- You will be a confident communicator and comfortable dealing with a variety of stakeholders (both finance and non-finance) in order to develop and foster long-standing relationships.
