Leading the monthly management accounts preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present financial reports to private equity shareholders.
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of statutory accounts across five legal entities.
Coordinate the annual audit process, including audit schedules and liaison with external auditors.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Reporting Manager vacancy:

Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in audit.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience in preparing statutory accounts and management reports.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, providing technical guidance and support.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Identify and implement process improvements within the financial reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
