CMA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with this PE backed services company based in Farnborough, Hampshire to recruit for a Financial Reporting Manager.

What will the Financial Reporting Manager role involve?

  • Leading the monthly management accounts preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Prepare and present financial reports to private equity shareholders.
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of statutory accounts across five legal entities.
  • Coordinate the annual audit process, including audit schedules and liaison with external auditors. 

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Reporting Manager vacancy:

  • Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in audit.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience in preparing statutory accounts and management reports. 
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, providing technical guidance and support. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the financial reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
