We are searching for a Financial Services Administrator to join a professional and friendly team in the Bracknell area. You will play a crucial role in supporting Independent Financial Advisors, ensuring that all client communication, documentation, reports, and data are handled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining client files, preparing meeting packs, processing new business applications, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This opportunity is offered as a full-time position Monday to Friday, with

Responsibilities :

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisors

  • Preparing and processing new business paperwork and applications

  • Managing and maintaining accurate client records using our back-office system

  • Handling client queries and ensuring follow-up actions are completed promptly

  • Liaising with product providers to ensure smooth processing of applications

  • Assisting in the preparation of client review packs and reports

  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in financial services administration role is essential

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Awareness of financial services regulations

  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial planning software
