Our well-established client based in Bracknell are seeking an Administrator due to a recent expansion of their sales team.

The role is heavily focused around supporting the Sales team in all of their Administration such as, raising contracts and agreements, loading client information into the CRM, obtaining client references, dealing with all incoming calls, post and e-mails.

They are looking for a BRIGHT and METICULOUS candidate who have the ability to work as a part of a team and pick things up quickly.

This is a fast-paced environment so the successful applicant must be able to work under pressure and of their own accord. Various other Administration duties will be required as the role develops and there is further scope for progression within the department.

Our client is offering up to £30,000 with hybrid working 23 days holiday, pension, private health care and benefit from free parking on site.

The role:

* Processing and validating client proposals accurately and efficiently* Reviewing and verifying documentation, ensuring compliance within policy and regulatory guidelines* Communicating with clients regarding their contracts and supporting with any queries promptly* Coordinating with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies or issues* Maintaining accurate transactional records and client information* Preparing regular reports for internal and external review
