My client is looking for a Renewal Agent to join their growing business!
Are you looking to start a career in Sales? Are you confident, target driven and customer focused?No experience is necessary, as our training programme is aimed at providing you with the skills and knowledge you need.Your working hours will be 40 hours per week covering shifts between 9:00am - 7:00pm plus every other Saturday 9am - 2pm.This role comes with a basic salary from £18,000 - 21k with a guaranteed bonus of £300 and an achievable bonus structure giving on target earnings of £27,500 to £30,000.

The Role
The role of the Renewal Advisor is primarily about managing client communications to provide a high quality of customer service, retain existing clients and boost sales. Preparation of renewal documentation, liaising with insurance companies and presenting risks to achieve a competitive quote, contacting clients to renew their policies and setting up of the new policies. A professional undertaking of what makes first-class customer service is vital, as well as flexibility, the ability to multi-task and strong problem-solving skills. There are also opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
This role will attract a self-motivated and resilient individual with the ability to operate independently where required, who will also hold a confident telephone manner. You will be a team player who is flexible in order to meet the needs of the business as well as willingness to share information and knowledge with your colleagues.
