About the Role

Support the Head of Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in delivering innovative local and global HR solutions. Drive meaningful change through OD, talent, learning, and growth initiatives while leading DE&I interventions. Leverage data-driven insights and best practices to enhance the employee experience and strengthen our external reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies that drive cultural change and support career growth.

  • Up-skill leaders on engagement drivers and ensure seamless HR solutions across the employee life-cycle.

  • Utilise People Analytics tools to provide insights and drive informed decision-making.

  • Lead OD initiatives that support continuous organisational change, delivering workshops and toolkits.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute strategic HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • Expertise in talent, OD, DE&I, learning, and leadership.

  • Proven success in embedding DE&I strategies and delivering OD interventions.

  • Strong data analysis skills to drive impactful HR decisions.

  • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
