Drive meaningful change through OD, talent, learning, and growth initiatives while leading DE&I interventions. Leverage data-driven insights and best practices to enhance the employee experience and strengthen our external reputation.

• Develop and implement engagement strategies that drive cultural change and support career growth.

• Up-skill leaders on engagement drivers and ensure seamless HR solutions across the employee life-cycle.

• Utilise People Analytics tools to provide insights and drive informed decision-making.

• Lead OD initiatives that support continuous organisational change, delivering workshops and toolkits.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute strategic HR initiatives.

• Expertise in talent, OD, DE&I, learning, and leadership.

• Proven success in embedding DE&I strategies and delivering OD interventions.

• Strong data analysis skills to drive impactful HR decisions.

• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and engaging senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
