Administrator

CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client based in Warfield on a temporary basis.

The successful Administrator will:

Manage the email inbox
Resolve customer queries
Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance issues
Create maintenance request on internal system
Deal with renewed contracts
Deal with the change deposit documents and periodic certificates
Print, scan and hand deliver documents on site

The successful Administrator will have:

Strong administration experience
Strong customer service experience and be able to manage frustrated tenants
Strong organisation skills
Be able to manage busier days and quieter periods

Additional details:

Part time temporary role
Duration: 6 weeks approx.
Must be a driver due to location
Start date: w/c 9th December 2024
