Job Title: Global Payroll Project Manager
Project Overview:
The Global Payroll Project Manager will lead the selection and implementation of a new payroll solution across 90 countries and 4 regions. This role also includes overseeing the SAP4HANA upgrade for HR systems. The manager will ensure smooth integration, compliance with regulations, and user training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage both payroll and SAP4HANA projects, ensuring they're on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with senior management, HR, IT, Finance, and vendors.
- Develop project plans, define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate training programs and ensure smooth transition to new processes.
- Ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, especially in HR/payroll and SAP implementations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP4HANA, and global payroll systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in project management, with 5 years in large-scale IT/HR transformations.
