Your new companyI am working with a client who is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis - you'll be joining a dynamic and supportive team in a well-established organisation located near Staines. Your new roleIn this 6-month temporary role, paying up to £19 an hour PAYE, you will manage timesheet submissions for a monthly payroll, handling around 900-1000 timesheets per week. Your key duties will include:

  • Sorting and logging timesheets.
  • Addressing and resolving timesheet issues.
  • Uploading timesheets
  • Chasing missing timesheets.
  • Organising and filing payroll inputs.

What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for querying and resolving timesheet issues.
  • Payroll Experience of more than 3-6 Months
  • The ability to manage a high volume of timesheets efficiently.
