At Another, we are currently seeking a Leadership Development Manager for a well-established, fast paced organisation based in Bradford.  You will be dedicated to enhancing leadership develop and cultural change business wide.  Reporting into a Head of organisational development you will be the key strategic lead for the leadership agenda business wide.  Whilst leading a teams of experienced learning professionals, you will work on themes such as values, behaviours, leadership skills, culture, continuous development, employee engagement, coaching, mentoring, and career pathway development.

The Role

  • Supporting the implementation of a large-scale organisational leadership and development strategy
  • Driving leadership development and behavioural change through leveraging on the full learning cycle and blended learning solutions, for all levels of management. 
  • Lead of and effective learning framework
  • Providing high profile executive coaching solutions to the leadership teams alongside supporting bespoke management development programmes for operational team leaders
  • Support with the development and integration of digital learning solutions.
  • Provide continuous professional development, using emerging practices
  • Developing and delivering interventions to improve communication
  • Working with external learning partners whilst managing the learning budgets to ensure key delivery material is in line with business strategy
  • Producing and analysing data to ensure evaluation on the benefits of delivery and a wider return on investment.         
  • Work in collaboration with the wider HR teams to identify organisational and individual learning needs from the review of annual performance appraisals and support with development interventions.
  • Design, plan and deliver and evaluate the Leadership Development Programmes for all levels of management across the organisation
  • Strong and inclusive leadership skills and the ability to develop successful relationships.
  • Support wider business learning & change initiatives to ensure a joined-up approach and offering to the business.

Skills

  • Proven experience of working within a leadership development role within a large-scale matrix organisation.
  • Significant experience of delivering leadership development and behavioural change using a variety of blended learning solutions.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team
  • Strategic and forward thinking  
  • ILM or CMI is ideal along with experience of psychometrics and/or qualified in some assessment tools
  • Self-starter that thrives in a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment.
  • This role is Hybrid, with some regional travel
