HR Assistant

Salary: 26k - 27k DOE
Location: Bradford City Centre, West Yorkshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

I am currently representing a leading business travel management company based in the UK, with offices across the country and specifically in Bradford City Centre. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel-related data on our HR systems.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Produce regular reports on HR activity and support the HR Officer in preparing monthly reports.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including maintaining trackers, checking documentation, and creating personnel files.
  • Support the HR Officer with probation review forms and documentation.
  • Manage the HR ticketing service and respond to employee queries.
  • Assist with the maintenance and updating of HR documents and policies.

The Key Requirements of the HR Assistant

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven technical experience as an HR administrator or coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of HR onboarding processes and experience with HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Confident and credible, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
