Commercial Property Solicitor - Yorkshire

As part of the firm’s continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to join this expanding team. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with the autonomy to manage a varied caseload while working closely with clients and colleagues alike.

The Role

You will handle a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord & tenant work. You'll be part of a supportive team culture that encourages development and cross-department collaboration, while contributing to the firm’s wider growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions with minimal supervision
  • Providing tailored, strategic advice to a diverse client base
  • Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high standards of file management
  • Collaborating with other departments to offer a seamless client experience
  • Taking part in business development and contributing to firm-wide initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years’ PQE with a solid grounding in commercial property law
  • Confident managing complex transactions from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Organised, methodical, and capable of managing competing deadlines
  • Strong commercial acumen with the flexibility to support business needs
