Description
The Litigation Solicitor will be:
- Handling a portfolio of small to mid-value claims
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents
- Preparing urgent applications as needed and attending mediation and settlement negotiations
- Providing due diligence, reporting to clients, and attending stakeholder meetings
- Supporting junior colleagues through training and feedback
- Staying updated on legal developments and industry best practices
- Building robust client relationships and engaging in business development efforts
Profile
The Litigation Solicitor should be:
- A Solicitor/CILEX with NQ - 4 years PQE
- Knowledgeable in CPR, case law, and litigation
- Experienced in civil litigation
- Skilled in relationship-building and client engagement
- Strong in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a drive for process improvement
