Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a market leading manufacturer to recruit a Production Manager for their factory in Bradford.
Salary: up to £35k
Hours; Monday – Friday - Days only
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee the planning and production of the factory operations.
Duties of the Production Manager will include:
- Day to day management and leadership of the production team
- Planning the production schedule
- Managing departmental costs and budgets
- Identifying and minimising any areas of downtime to increase productivity
- Utilising lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
We would like to speak with Production Managers who have the below skills and experience:
- Leadership and Management experience within a production/manufacturing company
- Production planning experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with ISO quality standards and a strong attention to detail
- Experience working with lean principles and managing process improvements
