H9 are partnering with a dynamic and innovative organisation based in Bradford. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator / Office Support to join their team.

Purpose of the Role

The Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business by providing efficient administrative support. This position will involve a variety of tasks, including document management, data analysis, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate office maintenance and upkeep
  • Maintain stock levels for office supplies and equipment
  • Book training for staff and monitor certification expiration
  • Provide administrative support for building safety and environmental compliance
  • Assist the Management team with meeting agendas, reports, and document management
  • Update company databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate information
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
