Weare delighted to be partnering with this vibrant primary school in Bradford, that is part of a medium size multi Academy Trust, seeking an experienced school Office Manager.

Reporting to the Head Teacher, you will be leading a small team to ensure a first class administration service is delivered to staff, students and parents.

The successful Office Manager will oversee adminfunctions including the maintenance of the single central record, cashless payments systems, trips and managing request from teaching and non-teaching staff.

This is a varied and diverse role in which you will be leading on budget management relating to resources and administration,support and organise school visitors, and assist the senior leadership team in the co ordination of staffing.

The successful Office Manager will be educated to GCSE level including English & Maths, andan NVQ4in a relevant discipline is desirable. You will have a solid track record in administration management within a school or the education sector, with a good understandingof what a successful support service looks like.

On a personal note, the Office Manager will be proactive and brings a wealth of initiative, is able to make 'good common sense' decisions, coupled with excellent communication and written skills.

This a term time only role plus two weeks, 37 hours per week.
