We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join the Leeds office. This is a key role providing high-level support to partners in leadership positions, managing the Business Support Team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive assistance, including diary and email management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage the Business Support Team, overseeing performance, resource allocation, and professional development.
  • Handle billing processes and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) tasks.
  • Ensure smooth office operations, liaising with internal teams and managing external service providers.
  • Support recruitment, induction, and training for team members.
  • Collaborate with other offices and departments on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within financial services or legal environment.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a focus on team development and mentoring.
  • Advanced IT literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
