We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join the Leeds office. This is a key role providing high-level support to partners in leadership positions, managing the Business Support Team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide executive assistance, including diary and email management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Manage the Business Support Team, overseeing performance, resource allocation, and professional development.
- Handle billing processes and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) tasks.
- Ensure smooth office operations, liaising with internal teams and managing external service providers.
- Support recruitment, induction, and training for team members.
- Collaborate with other offices and departments on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within financial services or legal environment.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership experience, with a focus on team development and mentoring.
- Advanced IT literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
