Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance in the Design and Technology (DT) department.
  • Maintain and manage DT equipment and resources, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of practical lessons, including setting up machinery and tools.
  • Offer guidance to students on the safe and effective use of DT equipment.
  • Support the teaching staff in delivering engaging and high-quality DT lessons.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the DT workshops.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a DT Technician role or a similar technical support position is essential.
