Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Compliance Efforts: Oversee and improve third-party property audits to ensure top-tier safety and compliance.
  • Drive Actionable Change: Conduct in-depth desktop reviews, implement corrective actions, and deliver practical solutions.
  • Be on the Ground: Travel across the UK to carry out site visits and ensure health and safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with senior leaders, auditors, and stakeholders to align with regulatory frameworks.
  • Own Risk Management: Analyse safety data, lead investigations, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

About You:

  • Qualified in Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
  • Exceptional communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Flexible and willing to travel nationwide.
  • Background in the hotel industry, FMCG, housing, or local authority is preferred.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.
