Visiting properties and spotting opportunities for improvements (we love fresh ideas).
Chatting with landlords about new properties and sealing the deals.
Coordinating and documenting condition surveys and checks.
Keeping maintenance spreadsheets updated and audit-proof.
Owning Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Fire Safety, and Safeguarding like a pro.
Tackling the day-to-day admin for all properties and services across the charity.
