A well-established Accountancy Practice in the Braintree area is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
The position offers the flexibility of 2 to 3 days of working from home, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include managing year-end statutory accounts, producing management accounts, and overseeing bookkeeping and payroll tasks.
Candidates must have 3-4 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice and ideally hold ACA/ACCA/QBE qualifications.
Salary details are not specified, but applicants should have experience with TaxCalc, QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage.

A well-established Accountancy Practice based in Braintree area, who are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.

This firm can offer 2/3 days working from home depending on experience.

Please see below the responsibilities for this position:

Yearend statutory accounts and tax services to SME businesses
Producing management accounts
Posting journals and dealing with HMRC and Companies House Queries on the clients’ behalf.
Preparing double entry bookkeeping to trial balance, completing VAT returns as you will be overseeing the bookkeepers and payrollers.

Requirements for this position below:

Must have at least 3-4 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice
Ideally ACA/ACCA/QBE Qualified
Has experience using TaxCalc, QuickBooks, Xero & Sage
