Our client is a leading electronic manufacturer, that values hard work, teamwork and developing people. They are looking for a HR Administrator that wants to develop their career along with the company growth, and embody a positive work environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • This is a standalone position, responsible for all HR related activities
  • Ensure the wellbeing of all employees dealing with personal and work related issues, building great employee relations
  • Responsible for the payroll
  • Be present during any disciplinary/grievance meetings
  • Deal with recruitment responsibilities
  • Assist with the company pension schemes
  • Liaise with clients/customers for site meetings- Design and Engineering visits
  • Input any relevant data into SharePoint
  • Occasional visit to their other site based 40 minutes away
  • Deal with the admin for their company cars
  • Reporting directly into the CEO

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Must be an approachable person
  • Happy to work individually and manage their own day
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Relevant HR related experience
