We are looking for a trainee panel wirer to join a well-established electrical manufacturing company in Braintree who supply to a variety of industries including hospitals, hotels, and retail.
Starting salary will be circa 24,000 but will be dependent on experience. You will need to have studied electrical installations or something similar at college to be considered, or have had some work experience within a similar role.
Working hours are 07:30-16:45 Monday to Thursday plus an early finish on Friday! As well as this you will be working in a brand new purpose built facilities, and will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) once permanent!
Duties will include (once trained):
- Working from technical drawings and diagrams
- Building panels to specific regulation standards
- Learning to use machines if needed
- Fault finding and resolving problems
- Ensure all components and finished goods are quality controlled
- Assist with other warehouse duties such as stock control or dispatch
