At Rutherford Briant we are looking to hire an individual to run a lucrative desk in the public practice sector. Based in beautiful, converted barns in Black Notley, Braintree and offering a flexible / hybrid working model. Responsibilities:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be:

Attending client briefings / meetings clients, understanding their requirements, challenges, and expectations - adding value wherever possible
Sourcing candidates, building relationships within your social networks and headhunting when required.
Advertising all roles on job boards and the company website
Running your own individual marketing campaign to attract top talent and referrals
Making best use of all technologies available and embracing marketing strategies to maximise results.
Developing new and existing business, building long-lasting relationships with key client contacts.
Contribute towards all company-wide events by securing attendees and representing the Rutherford Briant brand.

Requirements:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Will be educated to a degree standard or be able to demonstrate a level of commitment and resilience.
Will have a commercial awareness and be driven by results.
Will have a proven track record of achieving sales results.
Will have a can-do positive attitude and a desire to continue their own personal and professional development.
