- Full end to end processing of our monthly in-house payroll. Â
- Working alongside HR contacts at each of the studios to collect payroll data and ensuring this is entered into the payroll system (Workday). Â
- Manually entering data as and when required. Â
- Paying the necessary disbursements (e.g. HMRC liabilities, court orders etc.).
- Managing parental leave calculations. Â
- Ensuring all tax year end processes are completed (P60s, P11D(b)s). Â
- Processing the monthly pension upload. Â
- Working closely with the Finance team for payroll reconciliations. Â
- Consistently reviewing processes to ensure optimisation. Â
- Working with the systems team to ensure the configuration of business processes in Workday meets payroll requirements. Â
- Taking ownership for payroll compliance. Â
- Being the main point of contact for any payroll queries. Â
- Managing the annual benefits renewal process. Â
- Uploading necessary reports for our benefits provider. Â
- Coordinating onsite days and virtual sessions (e.g. pension roadshows, health screenings, flu jabs). Â
- Communicating benefits to employees, ensuring that staff are aware of the current offerings and informed of any changes. Â
- Competitor and market research for new benefit providers or offerings. Â
- Being the main point of contact for any benefits queries. Â
