An SME creative business is looking for a new Payroll & Benefits Manager to start ASAP.

This is an exciting newly created opportunity for someone who is passionate about taking ownership of the payroll process and keen to shape payroll policies around the company and scale the function as the company grows.

Joining a small HR team of three, you will solely manage end to end in-house payroll, pension and benefits for the mix of permanent and freelance employees in the UK plus liaise with a third party provider in the US.

To be a successful Payroll Manager, you should have strong in-house payroll skills and be able to multitask effectively in the complex, creative environment. Ultimately, an outstanding Payroll Professional should be able to manage all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, people skills, and the desire to drive improvements and continuously simplify automate and scale processes.

This role has a fantastic opportunity to grow, broaden and expand outside its initial responsibilities.
